The Douglas County Library System is supported by: County general fund, Grants and Donations

Since 2007, our library system has lost over 50% of our funding and staff. Now more than ever your donation can make a real difference in additional staffing, new books, additional programs and supporting our technology offerings. The mission of the Douglas County Library System is to provide free access to information, books, ideas and technology that enrich, educate, and empower every individual in our communities. For more information: email us, call us at 541-440-4311 or talk to your local library staff.
